2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. We only receive what you choose to submit.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic technical details (browser, pages requested, date and time) in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Emails: if you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records if you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share data with
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and processes contact form submissions on our behalf, including sending them to us by email.
- [YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / Proton], which handles our email.
- Professional advisers (e.g. accountants) or authorities, where legally required.
- [Cal.com / Calendly], if you choose to book an intro call: they process the name, email, and any details you enter when booking. Their own privacy policy applies on their site.

5. How long we keep your data
